Naturally narcoleptic.
Like if narcolepsy was as natural to humans as pissing n ****ting ever since the dawn of man. I have only ever seen narcolepsy affect people in TV/Movie land and it's always the same, they just fall right to sleep. I dunno if thats how it works in real life? do they not get a bit tired first?
I seriously doubt air travel or cars would be a thing in narco world, who is even going to
dream
of flying something or driving something when your world will go black against your will at any point in the day? Air travel would not even be a concept I'd imagine. Boat travel may be a thing, in fact it may be the only way people get around the globe as falling asleep at a wheel in the ocean will just probably knock you off course but you will not crash and burn.
Things like the internet may still exist, may have taken longer to come to fruition maybe. If sports even exist they would be completely different.

at random times like regular narcolepsy, or at least what I believe to be regular narcolepsy.

Would we all fall asleep at the same times even if they were random times, or would it be staggered narcolepsy. That would be a bit easier to work around.
