For anyone who has read the series of books by George R. R. Martin, A Song of Ice and Fire, I just want to say that Brian Blessed would make an awesome, and perhaps hilarious, King Robert Baratheon. That is if anyone ever gets around to making a movie out of this epic series of novels.
For anyone that hasn't read them, if you like stories with truly vibrant characters, get amongst it.

Having just watched the first two seasons of Game Of Thrones I would agree.
Just watching it put me in mind of "I, Claudius" and Brian Blessed, had to come

If they were ever to do Conan Doyle's "The Valley of Fear," Blessed would be the only person to play 1c84Black Jack McGinty.It was written as though he were in mind.
Also,if they ever get around to doing Robert E. Howard's "Red Nails," he'd be perfect as the evil Olmec,Prince of Techutli.
