At no disrespect for Billy Connolly, I so wanted Brian Blessed to have played Dain Ironfoot in The Hobbit Trilogy. I have this mental image of him during the Battle of Five Armies, killing orcs and laughing his head off while doing it the way he did as King Vultan in Flash Gordon!
Oh well, there is what is, and there is what we would like it to be
