<p dir="auto">Probably because he was made to talk in that stupid way.<br />
When I first heard about him being cast in Star Wars as &amp;qu5b4ot;the king of an underwater race", I thought "Brilliant, this should be great".  Then I saw it, and he was an animated fish, speaking all "Meeza bombad farckwit tillynuts, blibble blibble blibble".  Poor Brian.</p>
