Edward Scissorhands
seemed funny.
I saw
The Nightmare Before Christmas
when I was like 22, and it was so cool! I know it's made by people from L.A.

For Tim Burton,
Alice in Wonderland
seems to be a winner. The English really took over!
)
…But, I gotta say, when I was in my last year of high school, my dad noted the
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
poster for the next summer after 1 year of college for me and that the summer it was out I in a magazine or something about how Tim Burton who directs it is married to someone in it. When we walked by the movie theater (by the way I didn't see ads or anything for Pirates or knew about it when it came out) I got this weird message in my 2nd sense/awareness or subconscious that I should forget college, in the US, and just stay home and post online and focus on this movie, not boring at all and a dream come true. Of course, I majored in music in the US for my 1st degree, which I had to come home anyway and ended up doing it but was too late, July 2007. I guess everyone must have swarmed or something in their spare time or time when they don't want to do anything…
I also gotta admit I like the story and old version too of
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
so much and think it being about Late Baby Boomers it kinda wins as a topic. Not sure if there's any real substance to that, if it is kept from others. People sure went crazy over it, as well as the following project, a musical,
Sweeney Todd
. They may not have let it take over their lives, all of them, but it sure means a great deal and still aches me to this day to seem them that way! I do believe in that younger children should have it better. It's just that I feel like someone for people to just blame. After all, my mom was born in 1959. I'm like one of the kids. I get mad though I don't seem as emotionally mature as kids like her who probably have older moms:
Who knows? Life isn't perfect, but maybe they have it the best. Spanish people in the US are making a big turnaround or coming into awareness.
I have an aunt born in April 1961, and she has one child, a daughter, born in November 1991. (My younger brother was born in November 1990.) I don't know, maybe the whole world is about her. Lucky, she had a popular American mom, and she probably knew not to pine over schoolwork. I did well, but it turned into a trap of busywork and people who did things I wish I did, like play violin, though
my
schools didn't actually have it. I felt a little guilty staying up late to avoid being told I was stupid or accepting my fate, that my life was hard because of the mistakes of other people in it.

I've seen most of those and I was trying to pick a favorite. It's hard but I think the one I enjoyed most and remember vividly is Edward Scissorhands. Johnny Depp was brilliant right then.
