Is it just me or this guy is a dead ringer for James Cameron the Director?
I was watching The green Mile and I swore I thought it was J.C trying to act par-time in order to keep his sanity making Titanic
The measure of patriotism is idiocy per square inch

There are similarities. Also Charles Tyner the actor (Uncle Victor in 'Harold Maude') reminds me of James Cromwell. Facially and in the type of roles that I have seen him play.

If they were the same age and height, yes, they look extremely similar.
So now Cameron knows what he'll look like at 70

I think he looks more like Donald Moffatt.
I thought for sure it was James Cromwell playing Ford Frick1908 in *61 - not so!

Now that you mention it, I see the similarities. However, I think he looks a lot like Frank Marshall the chess champion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Marshall
