I gaurantee you, DDL will not be remembered 50 years from now despite his sexy speaking voice which he never uses in movies.

I'm sure he will be remembered,
Unfortunately nobody other than the very few on filmboards, speaks of any movies DDL has been in. The movies got hype back when they were released and then quickly forgotten. Even his Oscar wins have been forgotten just like the Oscar wins for Cuba Gooding Jr and Marisa Tomei and Mira Sorvino..

I'm sure he will be remembered, but not sure how many of his movies will still be watched.
True….
Everyone will remember Nicholson… good and not so great performances.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

But I'd probably have to give Nicholson the edge here.
Obviously because among your list, there are 2 - Speilberg and Scorcese. 2!
That's a very impressive list, without going through his entire filmography.
That's the point of this topic. If you can't keep up, leave.

Martin Scorsese (twice)
Paul Thomas Anderson (twice)
Steven Spielberg
Michael Mann
