I think it's very obvious that she has had work done and that she cakes herself in make-up.
Just saw her in an episode of Bones and she looked rough.

While i think its obvious shes had a little surgery done, shes most likely taken the time since she was young, to take care of her skin. Staying out of the sun, drinking lots of water, moisturizing, eating well. She is so gorgeous 🙂

honestly id say its a bit of both. they have so much stuff now to get rid of wrinkles she must have a really really good surgeon and she takes alot of time and effort to take care of herself.
