It's been an interesting discussion here on Haim's message forum. I've posting on IMDB message forums since 2004, but, only joined this one when he passed away. Why it took his untimely death to bring me to his forum? I don't know. I actually asked myself that question, since I did know him personally as a kid, but the life of me, I honestly just don't know the answer.
If I had posted years earlier, I would have no doubt, encountered those trolls who apparently also knew him, but, years after I did. Probably, would have been a very interesting, yet heated discussion.
