<p dir="auto">I don't think it's really definable, just what your own perception is based on how you've heard the term applied. If I had to define it, I'd say it's the type of talent you'd want front and center on the red carpet of your awards show. Obviously there are flavors of the 2000month that would defy this definition, so how would you define it?</p>
