Forced to watch Twister, live. This idiot is the most overacted, weirdly freaky, annoying character in the film.

No, do not agree. Dusty was my favorite person in that movie. Especially the scene where he's trying, in blowing rain, to hold a busted umbrella over poor Dr. Melissa when she finds out that Bill is still in love with Jo. Such a sweet character.
