I've seen all 3 versions of freaky friday (the original with jodie foster) and the one with Gaby hoffmann (1996) and the lindsay lohan one(2003). I loved the first one the best and then gaby's and then Lindsay's. Nothing really beats the original. but out of gaby's and lindsay's versions, gaby's was a little more like the original, not that either way its a good or bad thing, but still, the plot is still sort of the same (the mother and daughter switch places and learn to appreciate each other). I also think that lindsay's version is a little too 'modernized'. but then again films can be made into whatever they want to be. anyways, i agree gaby does look like young jojo in it.

I liked the Gaby Hoffmann version of the movie a lot, actually. Comes in at a close second behind the Lindsay Lohan version. Gaby was great in it, as always.

Gaby Hoffman was NOT in Freaky Friday (2003) with Lindsay Lohan, nor was JoJo.
Gaby Hoffman WAS, however, in 'Freaky Friday' the TV movie with Shelley Long (1995) playing Annabelle Andrews (roughly the character Lohan played in the remake).
puyopassion was simply stating that Gaby looked alot like JoJo in the 1995 'Freaky Friday' TV movie

She means the tv version of 96 with Shelley Long as the mother! Everyone knows that the 2003 one starred Lindsay Lohan
