<p dir="auto">My personal opinion would be Dead Man, but some audiences would be turned off that because it's in b&amp;w, so possibly the one with the largest potential audience would be Ghost Dog.</p>

<p dir="auto">I remember a lot of talk in magazines like Variety &amp; Hollywood Reporter back in the day when he cast Winona Ryder in Night On Earth. They kept calling that his attempt at going mainstream.<br />

<p dir="auto">Actually, filmmagnet, IMO putting the words "mainstream" and "Jarmusch" together is an oxymoron.  They don't belong in the same sentence, but if you stretch Ghost Dog wide enough, I suppose you could call it "psychedelic mainstream."  Don't you agree, BTW, that Dead Man was much better in black 'n' white than it would have been in color?<br />
