<p dir="auto">Yes, same here! I thought she was so annoying from her screeching voice when I was younger watching Sesame Street and their other series. I seriously couldn't wait until she was off the screen. Miss Piggy was also a bit selfish, high maintenance, self-absorbed, and jealous, which I didn't like about her. She had a sweet side for Kermit, but usually, that only comes out when she's around him and it's all about her, only. I know Frank Oz wanted her personality to be this way.<br />
My favorite was Kermit from always caring and watching out for the other muppets. I wish they had a different love interest instead of Miss Piggy. They didn't really fit as a couple, in my opinion. It seemed like they toned her attitude down a little after years went by though. I'm sure there were other complainers. lol<br />

<p dir="auto">Me too, LOL.  She was very rude and pompous.  That was intentional, but at the age when I was watching a lot of that it was a bit abrasive for me.<br />
