I think he did an exceptional job at voicing yoda. I can't image anyone else doing it. Great job!

I remember the first time in the theater in 1983 when Yoda first appeared. At first I almost laughed because all I could hear was Grover mixed with Miss Piggy!
But it didn't take very long before Yoda came to life on his own.

Originally Henson was going to be Yoda but he was busy with The Dark Crystal, so Frank Oz who co-directed that movie was hired and he embodies Yoda.

Just out of curiousity why isn't he doing the voice of Yoda in The Clone Wars? Did he choose not to do it for some reason or was he not offered the part?
