There is a dvd available on various appearances by Dolly on Porter's show over the years for sale at the bargain price of about $10
http://www.classiccountrydvd.com/dolly-a-collection-of-hits-and-duets/
as well as several volumes of complete Porter Wagoner Show episodes six-per-dvd
http://www.classiccountrydvd.com/porter-wagoner/
. I presume these are all legit as this seller appears to own the rights to several of the old country music syndicated tv programs frob68m the 60s/70s.

Dolly is on the majority of Porter Wagoner episodes, she was a regular on the show 1967-1973. 1961-1966 Norma Jean (a superb singer by the way) was the "girl singer" but not as many of those shows survive as in the Dolly years. The show continued on 1974-1980 or so but by then Porter's own recording career was in deep decline and he didn't get as many superstar guests as before. I would imagine RFD almost exclusively airs the Dolly era shows although I know they have aired some from the Norma Jean era and a few from the post-Dolly years.
