Those accusation are according to her not proven fact. She hasn't proven to be credible. Even if true she still chose to have a child with him, raise him , and she's bringing this up after he has a shot of getting visitation rights.

First off, there is absolutely NO proof that he abused her. Those are accusations, and that is all. Until she proves that he has done so, she has nothing and there is no reason to believe it.
Secondly, the "restraining order" is also beep She got one because he was emailing and calling her to get updates on his kid.
She better be careful or she may lose her child through all of this. Parental alienation is frowned upon and her false accusations are adding up.
