Jason has never really respected his past with The Lost Boys.
Had to be forced into making it and still regards it as a silly little children's vampire film.
Why? Who would know who he was if it wasn't for this seminal movie.
Despite all this, he's wonderful in it, absolutely wonderful.
I intensely dislike when people don't give this film the respect it solely deserves.

Jason didnt want to do the movie in the first place Joel had to literally talk him into it. I think jason takes himself way to seriously and sees himself as like an oscar worthy actor when all he is is an overrated B actor whose best work was in a film that came out three decades ago. Yes im talking about the lost boys (which ill repeat was amazing) .
