It broke my heart when they showed the home video of him and his son. And when he told his son he'll see him in a few days, and it's been 4 months. That's gotta be really tough on both of them. I hope he gets to see him again and soon!

I just watched the whole show. He wants to be the dad. He has been the dad for the first almost 3 years of his son's life. He had photos, etc. Shame on that woman for keeping him away. And this stupid sperm donation law stinks.

He was on the Katie Couric show today. He is not with her, and apparently due to some law she can forbid him to see his son. His sperm was used as an IVF treatment, but she said it was donated thus, she can say that she doesn't want him involved in their son's life, no matter what. I guess in the beginning, he was a part of his life, now she forbids it. Not sure why.
I missed the first 10 min. of the show, but that's the gist of it.
