<p dir="auto">The majority of his films on DVD feature director's commentary. Yet, LONE STAR and PASSION FISH (arguably his most popular and well-known movies) do not. I was just wondering, why is this?</p>

<p dir="auto">Yeah and unfortunately the quality of "Matewan" currently on DVD is quite poor.</p>

<p dir="auto">I don't know, but have wondered the same thing.  I also don't understand why "Matewan" is only availalbe in a full screen DVD and not a widescreen one.</p>
