Into the deep base rumble it is now? He used to have a positively pisqueaky voice when he was young, even into things like the 90's like "Wolf." Never deep like it is now as Ultron. What happened?

I admired his voice in Stargate. It was so soothing and relaxing.

I love his voice. It's like honey. Also I hope he gives up the smoking again. He has a young child, and I'm sure he wishes to be there to see him grow up. Lung cancer is one of the more horrible ways to die. Emphysema is too.

He never had a pipsqueaky voice, but he is using a lower register for most of his more recent characters. If you listen to him speak in interviews, or have had the pleasure of talking to him, you will hear a slightly higher pitch to his voice than he uses for Reddington. His voice has lowered in general over the years possibly due to his chain smoking. He stopped smoking for around ten years, but took it back up over the last five or six years.
