Seriously, Lea is still a working actress and can currently be seen on the successful television show, "Switched At Birth". Her current film on the big screen, "The Trouble With The Truth" is receiving rave reviews from movie critics. Think it's a safe bet Lea was asked to be involved with the game.

I just finished the game one of the best MCF.

I just played it and it was great to see "Amanda Jones" again!!! She was one of my all time favorite 80's actresses.

I was a little surprised that it wasn't listed as well. BUT to say it is an embarrassment is going too far. She either was asked, in which she could have turned it down, OR she auditioned for being the psychic.
BTW Mystery Case Files games are actually great games! EXCEPT this one lol. This is actually the worst one of the MCF family. Funny thing that. So now I would think it would be called an embarrassment. In in interview she says her mother is a psychic!

Maybe she took on the job as a111c lark or to help her daughter, (the blonde in the van, she did a great job). I think the gaming industry is a really interesting venue for aging actors. It's almost a resurgence of the radio age, where actors had to sell their performance by voice alone. So Hollywood likes pretty, shiny new things that are 17 and have the acting skills of a 17 year old in the class play. Sean Connery can still act. Put him and his voice in a game with a 40 year old version of himself and I'll buy. I feel like Ms Thomson wasted this opportunity.

Lea Thompson was once a serious actress with a good movie career and her own network show.
To have fallen all the way to appearing in a low budget, casual, hidden object game on Big Fish is pretty disgraceful.

I just finished the game as well. I'm a little surprised to see that some people enjoyed her performance. I was shocked at how awful her acting was. It took away from the game, in my opinion. I enloyed the game, but I think alot of us just expected something better from MCF and Lea Thompson. I thought her little girl did great.
