In a 1st Class lounge @ LAX a few years ago. What a wonderful lady. I tried very hard not to talk 'business' (despite being a huge DS9 fan)..I often find these people react more favourably when treated like everyone else. My heart was jumping out of my chest!
We spoke primarily about dogs. I work for a canine charity here in the UK and she was most interested. She spoke fondly on England, and London in particular.
I did not ask her where she was headed..Joey from Friends was in our cabin (who was also really friendly..and grey haired!)
