She was in the Torchwood: Miracle Day episode "Immortal Sins" tonite.
Not listed here, but was in the opening credits, couldn't figure out who that woman was until I saw her name.

I saw her name on the credits and sat through it expecting her to have a 3 second scene with no lines or something and bam, there she was.
I've never seen her in anything other than DS9. I'm really happy 😄
