    Gene Wilder is one of my favorite actors though, and I thought he was great in everything that I've seen him in. ?

I haven't seen Start the Revolution Without Me since my childhood, though I have the DVD lying somewhere. I remember that I was literally choking from laughter, and that Wilder was great as usual. I should give it anouther shot, but I fear the film will lose its magic, as your beloved movies often do when you watch them as adults, after many years.
