I believe the film in question is
Counsellor at Law
(or possibly
Grand Hotel
).
The film has office workers trading banter back and forth. And one of them describes how he isn't particularly bright, saying "I'd have to have special training to qualify as a moron." (or words to that effect).
Would someone be kind enough to come forward with the whole quote?
