Curious as to how you figure that Eve is a supporting and not a starring role?

My opinion is that she was limited by her appearance. I know that's awful, but a harsh reality in Hollywood. She was beautiful but a bit chunky in the face no matter how slim she got and so she didn't exude sophistication very easily, she was more of a down home looking girl, better for supporting roles like Sophie or Eve. Starring roles would not be offered to her no matter how she could deliver.
