Oh no! He died? That's the judge in RI, right? I used to enjoy watching his court cases. He was always so kind, he'd interact with family members, and he was always very just. Was he fighting cancer?
I remember one time a mom was ticketed for speeding at one mile over the speed limit and Judge Caprio called her son up to the bench (around 6 or 7 at the time) and asked him if his mother was guilty or not guilty, and her son said, "guilty!" The judge laughed, the mother blushed, and the judge dismissed the entire case.
He's done wonderful things to help the community! He was such a treasure.
