I asked him if he would do a third movie for the "28 Days" franchise and he said he would give more priority to doing a "Trainspotting" sequel than make a third "28 Days" film. That doesn't mean he would actually make another "Trainspotting" film, he just said if given a choice as to what sequel he would film, he would rather do "Trainspotting" than "28 Days". FWIW.

Danny Boyle appeared at a Q&A session at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica, California this evening and he confirmed that he is giving top priority to working on a "Trainspotting" sequel. He made no mention of Ewan MacGregor.

yeah I know but still Renton will have to be the film because he is the one who helps sickbay finance the porn films after all and will be a bit weird if they don't have Ewan Mcgregor playing him what I'm asking is have him and Danny Boyle made up now or is this talk of a sequel just a load of beep ?

yeah porno is one of my favourite irvine welsh books to prefer it to trainspotting, but i recall renton playing quite a big part in the book, I just recall Ewan Mcgregor and Danny Boyle having some sort of fall out and that was why it was never going to get made so I guess what I'm asking is this article just a load of beep or is something actually going to happen ?

Suppose to be only loosely based in porno which I think was a great book, there is a lack of Rents in it so I guess he is going to beef his part up
