<p dir="auto">I would say in the picture I agree with mmb1998 that her waist would be smaller than 29 inchs perhaps even smaller than 24 inches.</p>

<p dir="auto">My guess is that measurement was from her role in wizard of oz or at least earlier in life.  The picture from in the house looks like she is in her 60s.</p>
