Multiple gunmen sought after 3 people killed, 9 injured in shooting at Brooklyn club

Three people were killed and another nine were injured in an overnight shooting involving multiple gunmen at a Brooklyn nightclub, police said Sunday.
The shooting took place at the Taste of the City Lounge on Franklin Avenue in the Crown Heights neighborhood, New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a news conference.
“How this vile, disgusting, and immoral behavior has become normalized… is something our descendants will study.”

The victims range in age from 19 to 61. Police believe some of the victims were involved in the shooting, while others were bystanders, Tisch said, emphasizing the information is still preliminary.

Police have identified 12 victims from the shooting that took place just before 3:30 a.m. at Taste of the City in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood, New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said. Police initially identified 11 victims.
