Surprising recent (& forgotten) discovery in my memorabilia, found a 1953 program of UCLA Opera Workshop showing Carol Burnett in 2 scenes from "Annie Get Your Gun" & "Call Me Madam" with my brother, Tony Wood, and best man at my wedding, Lotfi Mansouri, who later became General Director of the San Francisco Opera. She certainly would not remember me accompanying her on piano at a rehearsal or driving her to grandmother's apartment in Hollywood, but for the record, in 2012 Lotfi told me his friendship with her continued over the years. He died in 2013, and earlier this year (2014) my brother Tony died. Of the 3 in the program, Carol B. is clearly still going strong!

That is really a wonderful story! What an incredible memory to have to treasure! I'm really sorry to hear of your loss, of both your friend and your dear brother.
