Turner used to own the rights and the show aired throughout the eighties on his network.
I think it did fairly well with DVD sales, but honestly, the Varity shows dominated the airways in the 1970's and currently none air in the US.

Some of the songs are copy righted too and they can't use it so don't blame carol it not her fault look how copyright issues are
People get the false belief that just bc the show had her name in the title she was in charge when she wasn't her ex husband was and she does not own the rights at all.
