I think that Olivia is more reminiscent of a Japanese anime whereas Ricci is more like a caricature or a bobble-headed doll, both are very pretty but I wouldn't say they look alike and in terms of sheer God given beauty Olivia is the winner here

Oh, please. Nothing alike. Olivia's more classically beautiful & has perfect delicate features. While Ricci although attractive has an odd look to her. The huge forehead, the bulging eyes. Although not ugly and still attractive, Ricci looks more like an odd doll or cartoonish with exaggerated, pronounced features. Ricci reminds me of Japanese anime.

Wow, I actually immediately made this exact same connection I was even specifically thinking of a younger Christina Ricci as well, from the same movies you mentioned! I think they have very similar facial structures Similar eye and nose shapes And they both have those incredible dark-green eyes.
I honestly believe that Christina Ricci was the most beautiful person of all time when she was younger And Olivia Hussey is really the only other person that has struck me in a way even close, albeit to a much lesser degree. So I'd definitely say there's a strong resemblance

I can see the resemblance, but Hussey is thab68t much more beautiful. Even today she looks younger than her years.
