I thought she was part asian too! I think it's her argentinian root - you can see it in her eyeshape, olive skin, and raven hair. Thought as she got older she looks more and more caucasian. nevertheless, she's definitely exotic, especially her eyes, and she's gorgeous.

I can totally see how some folks can perceive her as having some Asian looks. Her dad is Argentinian, so since chances are he has a Latina heritage, he could be mixed with a bit of Native American, and they are basically Asians that crossed the Bering Strait eons ago.
And I agree with another post, with people like Bjork and Olivia Hussey, they really blur the concept of what race is.

Actually I disagree with you. I don't think Olivia looks 100 % Asian, but I wouldn't blame anyone for thinking there is an influence. Olivia has slightly hooded eyes and a slight epicanthic fold which is common among Asians, which is why to some people her eyes might look exotic or oriental.
Bjork on the other hand is whole 'nother situation, though I don't think she looks absolutely Asian either.

But Bjork's eyes have a slant to them. Some Icelanders have what you'd say "Asian eyes" but Olivia's eyes are not slanted at all. I think it's more that she has delicate features, long, black, straight hair, and a petite slim body with an olive complexion that makes one think Asian but she doesn't look Asian at all.

its just the eyes and dark hair that makes you think she has asian blood. look at bjork(singer) shes icelandic(i think) and she looks very asian.

Her second husband is Japanese, but that is about it. I remember when her son was born around 1982, and he is half Japanese.

I thought she was quarter japanese or something.
