Correct me if I'm wrong but the bio says she was 15 when Romeo and Juliet was made. Her birth date is 51 and R&J is dated 68.

Sometimes when a film is made and when it's released can be YEARS. I don't know in this case but she was under 18 that's for sure.

She played 13, but was 16/17 when they made it.

I can only assume it would be from the difference in time from filming and then the actual release of the film. I'm sure it took ages to film, then ages to price together, then ages to actualy release
