SPOILERS TO CARRIE 2
If the wonderful Sissy Spacek had been thrown out of the Carrie 2 story line, thank god the wonderful Amy Irving's character, Sue Snell, was written back into it! I was heart broken to c her head though having a metal spear driven into it!
I hate high school horrors, and if Sue wsn't in the story line, well I'd hate the film will all my heart! Sorry whoever directed it!
Who agrees?

Thanx! I haven't been of Amy's board in a while! I loved her in Carrie, I've been a fan since then. I'll have to listen to her singing in WFRR, I haven't watched it in years, and didn't know of her at the time! Thanx for the link!

I am an Amy Irving fan too! I think she's a beautiful lady and a talented actress. If you haven't seen CROSSING DELANCEY, do check it out. It's probably her best role, and a terrific performance. It's a very unique romantic comedy, and it avoids all the cliches. I also love hearing her sing in WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT. Too bad she didn't release any albums, because her voice is amazing. She also sings a little in HONEYSUCLE ROSE. As for Carrie 2, she was the only reason I watched the movie, and I hated it because she died, not to mention that the movie sucked anyway. The first CARRIE is much better. I read an interview with Amy about her role in the movie TRAFFIC, and I'll give you the link.

It's very hard to find information about Amy! The IMDb has been my best source. There was once a site with her pictures, but it doesn't exist anymore. There was a site that I found recently, and I saved all of the pictures that I liked, but I have since lost track of that site. Too bad.

I know, it's sad really, she's such a terrifc actress. I'm embarressed to say I don't know much about her, all I know is she was married to Steven Spielberg and had a child, she's the daughter of Pracilla Pointer and Jules Irving - if that's his name. I'm doing loads of resarch on her, but as you probably already I know - I like her mostly from the Carrie films.
I like to considar myself an Amy Irving fan though, as I do really like her!

It was so disgusting, the way she died! I wish she had lived; it would've been interesting to have Amy as the "perpetual surviver".
