He has a couple of speaking lines towards the end of the episode. He plays a air traffic controller. No mistaking Brion - one of my favorite character actors!
Edit - actually he is listed in the end credits of the episode, just not here on IMDB.
This might be his first television appearance - I see 1974 is when he was on The Waltons the same year, his first IMDB credit.
