There was an Irish article this past month interviewing Saoirse Ronan and in the headline it mentioned Jordan's "Byzantium" so I think it's getting closer to an official confirmation. My guess it's a yes.

Looks like it. Just read an article that said shooting will start in October thatusually means that the cast has been locked since filming will start soon but article was from may so I could be wrong.
