She doesn't need a husband to be happy. A couple of my aunties have never been married and they're in their fifties. They have done well in their careers. Why do you fall into that old-school belief that marriage is imperative and that it's something that every one has to inevitably do?
You stand to lose more than you could gain by marrying, especially if you're a rich celebrity. What are the advantages? Given all of the "options" celebrities have, it's very difficult, almost unrealistic, for a celeb to be faithful to a spouse. Sooner or later, you'd get caught cheating, and all you would do is risk losing millions of $ via alimony if you marry.
Although he probably won't admit it, marriage was probably the worst mistake Tiger Woods ever made in his life. I'm also sure Kobe Bryant has his share of regrets about "jumping the broom" as well.
I say if you're rich and famous, take a page out of Wilt Chamberlain's book: Stay singleand wealthy!

I've been happily married for 12 years now. That being said, what's so great about marriage that it is THE thing to do in your life, and if you don't your life wasn't as good as it could have been?
