The ages the OP claimed of 16 and 41 are impossible. Ronald Reagan turned 41 in 1952. Piper Laurie turned 20 in 1952. They were born 21 years apart, so it's mathematically impossible for their ages to ever have been 25 years apart.
I don't know where the incorrect age claim originated, but someone needs to get their facts straight. Does that mean the rest of the story is just as inaccurate? Why spread rumors making him out to be a statutory rapist?
