One of the best actors on the show. Have always loved Ms. Laurie. She should have won Best Actress for The Hustler and she deserved her nomination for Carrie.
Yes, she deserved an Oscar if not for The Hustler, then for Carrie. She is a brilliant actress.

She was great. Somehow she managed to be creepy and evil yet funny. I'll never forget her scene with Madchen Amick in the sawmill. "I can't understand what you're saying. You've got something in your mouth."
