I've read through the various comentaries on Piper Laurie's flicks, and almost all of her fienst roles were mentined. May I recomend two morethe Austrlian movie, TIM with a very, very young Mel Gibson, and her t.v. drama, ROAD TO GALVESTON. They were as good as she gotand that was very, very good.

THE HUSTLER is certainly her best. She was great on TWIN PEAKS TV show and CARRIE as well.
