I am surprised nobody brought this up yet.
I think she has one of the most unique and distinctive voices ever. I wonder often what she would sound like if she sang. Anyone??

Not only does she have a very unusual melody in her voice when she speaks, I also thinks she pronounces every word in a distinct and special way. Somehow I always thought she sounds a little posh, very strict and very nice at the same time.

She sings rather well, but she doesn't think so. I've heard her sing.

So am I!
Such a powerful voice
FYI, you can hear her singing "My Bonny Flies Over The Ocean" briefly in the 2nd season of Dead Like Me.
The fear of blood tends to create fear of the flesh.

She does indeed have a lovely and very distinct voice, agreed.
And her face.she still has the captivating eyes and eye-catching smile she had in her youth.
"Mulder? Are you sure you're all right?"
"I'm fine.I'm free."

I think her voice kinda sounds like Amy Irving's, her co-star in Carrie.
"Trust Me Carrie, You Can Trust Me!"

Her voice is absolutely UNIQUE and BEAUTIFUL! I do love when she screams and prays in "Carrie".
Past last week I saw again the wonderful Piper Laurie in a "Will and Grace" episode, and certainly, that precious voice still there!
Miss Yvonne De Carlo ROCKS!!!

She has a wonderful singing voice, and sang many times in her early career, such as in "Ain't Misbehaving" and the TV drama "Something About Lee Wiley"
