I heard a rumor that he only ate Bananas and Fish while training for the movie. Is there any truth to this? Does anyone have any details on his nutrition/exercise routine?
I'd love to look like him.

I remember reading an interview with him years ago. He bascially upped what ever his usual work out normally was (sorry for lacking that information) and the director had him shave his head to give off the optical illusion of being even bigger, which is a common trick in the body building world.
Lee was already a bigger looking person than Russell was when they started, but the director wanted to really push the "upgrades" to look more menacing.
