I just saw Cathy in Another Stakeout (1993) and I couldn't believe how much she looked like Meg Tilly in The Two Jakes (1990)!! And then sure enough, I just read that Cathy was originally cast for that role! I didn't think they had facial recognition data in 1990 but I'll be damned if the two of them at that time weren't an identical match.
