No, his IMBD bio & Wikipedia page say she was polish, and Catholic & his father was German, from Hamburg and of Sephardic Jewish ancestry. Jerry was raised Catholic. His character in L&O, Lenny, had an Italian mother & she was Catholic, and his father was Jewish.
