<p dir="auto">I still kinda feel like I've lost a good friend. He was such a staple of television and movies. I had to be told he was Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast; now when I watch it with my kids I think of him.<br />
My favorite character though was Lenny Briscoe on L&amp;O. He had the greatest lines and that deadpan expression. Perfect!<br />
Reruns are still great fun.</p>

<p dir="auto">It is sad he is gone. He was a class act and a gentleman. My friend, who knew him for years, is sorry I didn't meet him.</p>
