Looks like a made-for-TV remake, but Pare is involved. Loved the original.

From the synopsis, it looks like it's a sequel with present-day scientists trying to recreate the experiment and they end up bringing the ship from the original experiment backand it causes all kinds of problems. Apparently Pare's character comes back with the ship and works with his granddaughter. I don't know how they'll explain why he's agedmight be worth a watch. Probably a sci fi channel original.
