anything
with his name on it.)
From what you've described, the people who need to be moved by these scenes probably won't be; and the people who will be moved will more likely be revolted.

The movie has not been released in the US yet. August, I believe. Dr. Boll does make statements in some of his projects. I plan on watching it as Michael Pare' received an award in Spain related to Seed and it has gotten some good reviews.

I assume these scenes were not for shown for exploitation reasons? Was there a social cause behind it?

The scenes in the movie were supplied by PETA, not done for the movie! I applaud the fact that you are against animal abuse, but it happens on a daily basis all over the world, and not just to animals. How about taking it one more step and get the word out that people should be punished for abusing animals and people. We can't just put our heads in the sand and say if I don't see it that it is not happening! Sadly we seem to need reminders of 9/11 and the Halocaust because out of sight out of mind.
